Fujitsu General America has partnered with Target Sales as its manufacturer’s representative in Florida. Through its sales office in Tampa and four remote offices across the state, Target Sales now represents Fujitsu’s Halcyon mini-split, Airstage J-Series VRF, unitary and Westinghouse mini-split product lines. The region is under the direction of Fujitsu Regional Sales Manager, Hays Bassett.

FabricAir honored Tulsa, Oklahoma-based DS Herron Co. with its 2021 Top Manufacturer’s Representative Performance award at the AHR Expo 2022 in Las Vegas. FabricAir National Sales Manager, Charles Justice, presented the award to Rob Dixon and Julie Dixon, DS Herron’s president and vice president, respectively, who founded the manufacturer’s representative firm in 2000.  

Oatey Co. announced that Central Sales Inc. (CSI) is now Oatey’s manufacturer representative in Nebraska and Iowa. The change comes as a result of CSI’s recent acquisition of In Depth Marketing, which was effective January 3. All In Depth Marketing employees have joined the CSI team.

Milwaukee Tool recognized Preferred Sales as Agency of the Year within the plumbing and HVAC channels at its National Sales Meeting this fall. 
Milwaukee Tool recognizes several agencies and individuals for outstanding achievement within the plumbing and HVAC channels. Award recipients are measured on consistent year-over-year sales growth, product knowledge, product conversions, promotional and merchandising execution. 

The days of manufacturers’ reps hitting the pavement making sales call after sales call are long gone. Today, reps are often taking on reporting, marketing, training, data analytics and through times of disruption, damage control.
