The Forte buying group recently announced industry veteran Janelle Grim has been hired as its new director of sales.

Grim most recently was in sales at Fluidmaster and also has worked at InSinkErator. “Janelle has many significant achievements as sales manager for InSinkErator and Fluidmaster among other industry leaders,” the buying group noted. “With more than 20 years of sales experience in the plumbing industry, she is a driven individual.”

Grim will report to Forte Group CEO Cindy Hall as well as the group’s board of directors. Grim is charged with ensuring group growth initiatives and increasing sales among members.

“Janelle’s talent for building partner relationships and her ability to drive top-line sales makes her a perfect fit for Forte as we continue transforming our sales and marketing organization to meet and exceed the needs and goals of our membership,” Forte Board of Directors President Jimmy Georgitsos said.

Grim completed her MBA from Washington State University this fall.
