Winsupply names vendors of the year

Winsupply named its 2015 Vendors of the Year at the company’s Annual Meetings and Vendor Showcase Awards dinner at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla. Attendees also celebrated Winsupply’s 60th anniversary.
Vendor of the Year winners include Advanced Drainage Systems (waterworks), American Standard (plumbing), Delta Faucet (plumbing showrooms), JCI Unitary Products Group (HVAC), Liberty Pumps (pumps), Milwaukee Tool (tools), Priority Wire & Cable (electrical), Rain Bird (turf irrigation), Spears Mfg. (industrial), Uponor (hydronic) and Victaulic (fire protection).
In other company news, Winsupply opened Washington Winwater to serve contractors and municipalities with waterworks and utility products. The new company, located in Hyattsville, Md., inside the Beltway, is led by John Calhan, who has 35 years of experience in waterworks products and supplies. Washington Winwater is the sixth new Winsupply company to open for business in 2016.
