Winsupply names vendors of the year
Dayton, Ohio-based Winsupply recently named its 2016 vendors of the year. Winsupply preferred vendors that won in each category were selected based on volume sold over a period of years, being one of the leaders in growing the business, selling to a breadth of locations that buy the vendor’s type of product and having no major issues during the past year.
Winners include: Victaulic (fire), Johnson Controls (HVAC), NIBCO (industrial and plumbing rough-in), American Standard (plumbing finished goods), Liberty Pumps (pumps), Milwaukee Electric Tool Co. (tools), Delta/Brizo (showroom) and A.Y. McDonald (waterworks). National account managers of the year are Mark Terrell of American Standard and Bobby Leggett of Johnson Controls.
In other Winsupply news, the national distributor announced it has purchased Electrical Sales, Inc., out of Vista, Calif. Electrical Sales is a distributor of electrical materials serving the Southern California region. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
