Dakota Supply Group (DSG) announced the acquisition of Montana Waterworks & Irrigation (MTWW) in an asset purchase effective September 1. Montana Waterworks is a waterworks distributor serving Eastern Montana from its Billings location. This will be DSG’s first waterworks location in the state.
Winsupply has completed the purchase of Discount Drainage Supplies, a waterworks distributor with three locations in Ohio. Based in Akron, Discount Drainage is the largest stocking distributor of drainage pipe and related products in Ohio, including culvert pipe, PVC pipe and septic supplies. Details of the purchase were not disclosed.
In January 2021 American Underground Supply (AUS) will open its fourth branch in De Soto, IA. This facility sits on 1.5 acres with an 8000 square foot warehouse. De Soto is the first AUS location in the state of Iowa.
The WASDA Board of Directors reviewed and discussed several options for the WASDA Annual Meeting (February 21 – 24, 2021) in Naples, Florida. In so doing, the leadership considered many factors, including the following: participation levels, the economy, consumer confidence, travel restrictions, fiscal responsibility, potential liability, possible additional outbreaks of COVID-19 and the tenor of the attendee experience, WASDA noted.
