The American Supply Association announces a new partnership with MICHELIN that will give ASA member companies access to a variety of products and services, including discounts on tires.
ASA members can benefit from a value-added ASA MICHELIN Advantage Program that offers competitive savings on new and retread tires. The new tires include MICHELIN, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal, while the retread tires include MICHELIN Retread Technologies and Oliver.
MICHELIN notes the Advantage Program pricing is available at home and on the road, so ASA member companies can control tire costs if they are a localized or long-haul-based operation. MICHELIN also is offering its Full Line Program that will help in cost control of other MICHELIN product lines, such as passenger car and light truck, earthmover, compact line or tweel tires.
The program also includes access to MICHELIN’s Emergency Roadside Service offering — MICHELIN OnCall, and waived dispatch fees.
Knowledgeable TIA-trained technicians will take care of ASA-member service needs at any of MICHELIN’s more than 5,000 authorized truck dealer locations. With MICHELIN ONCall, drivers can get roadside assistance all day, every day, no matter where they are. This gets trucks back up and running, whether it is tires, mechanical or towing, to ensure that ASA member companies are maximizing productivity, MICHELIN explains.
“Michelin is truly excited about our partnership with ASA,” Michelin North America Operational Marketing Manager Coy Jones says. “Members will benefit through this program, which offers competitive and consistent pricing on our full line of products nationwide.”
Access to the MICHELIN Advantage customer-service team is available on business days to answer any questions about the ASA Advantage Program including system access, billing, invoicing or orders.
As a member of the ASA MICHELIN Advantage Program, ASA members will receive access to the member website where several online business tools are located to help improve business performance. ASA members will have the ability to manage their accounts online, to register and update credit card(s) on file, check pricing, and view invoices or purchase history. ASA members can tap into maintenance tips and techniques with Michelin’s webcasts, e-newsletters and its member website at MichelinB2B.com to help maintain an efficient operation.
The ASA Michelin Advantage Program is anticipated to launch Nov. 2 with more details forthcoming in the upcoming weeks.
