Denver-based Hercules Industries, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) sheet-metal products and equipment, announced it has acquired Passage Supply Co., a distributor of HVAC products in El Paso, Texas. Passage Supply Co. also has operations in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

“This acquisition marks Hercules’s 20^th location nationwide and our first venture into the Lone Star State, further demonstrating Hercules’s ability to meet our strategic goal of rapid geographic expansion,” said Andy Newland, CEO of Hercules Industries. “Hercules and Passage Supply Co. share near-identical product lines, similar family-driven company cultures and notable track records of success in the HVAC industry for more than five decades. These qualities will ensure the seamless integration of Passage Supply Co., into our operations moving forward and allow us to continue to provide quality products at competitive prices.

“In addition, we are pleased Ron Paschich, who owns and operates Passage Supply Co., will join the Hercules team and remain responsible for El Paso operations, which will now be Hercules’s second- largest branch.”
