Ferguson Fire & Fabrication announced it has acquired National Fire, effective May 14.

National Fire was founded in 1986 and operates two locations: Phoenix, Arizona, and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

“National Fire is well-known for its expertise in sprinkler applications and offering innovative products to its customers,” Ferguson CEO Kevin Murphy said. “Their knowledgeable associates will strengthen and complement Fire & Fabrication’s existing capabilities in the Phoenix area.”

Ferguson Fire & Fabrication, a subsidiary of Ferguson Enterprises, offers contractors a large inventory of sprinkler heads and devices, special hazards equipment, fittings, pipe and hangers. Ferguson supports fire-protection contractors with more than 900 highly trained associates, 67 locations and 36 fabrication facilities – making it the largest 9001:2008 certified sprinkler fabricator in the country.
