As one of the partners in the ISH North America trade show, ASA is proud to announce that in answer to the industry's call for a change the trade show will be adopting a new, biennial schedule, beginning this year.

The American Supply Association is very fortunate to have a group of talented and energetic volunteers serving as its officers in 2004.

There are a lot of great things in store for you in 2004, including regional and national meetings, seminars, training sessions, and much more.

As a final thought, it's good to remember that the higher profit distributors are those who tend to train the most.

As we look back on a productive 2003, we want to say thank you to all of you who participated in the ProductPro, University of Industrial Distribution courses, and especially the Essentials of Profitable PHCP Distribution pilot programs.

The University of Industrial Distribution, scheduled for March 7-10 in Indianapolis, offers an outstanding array of distribution-specific training over 4 days, with 5 seminars each day!
