Hubbard comes to Winsupply from his most recent role as president and CEO of PACE Supply Corp., an employee-owned wholesale distributor of plumbing supplies based in California. He led the company for five years, growing revenue to over $1 billion annually with 32 locations.

Winsupply during calendar year 2025 (FY2026) has the goal to open 20 new Local Companies across its U.S. footprint. Winsupply Local Companies are expected to achieve nearly $8.3 billion in annual sales for 2025.

This is Winsupply’s third acquisition of this year. Earlier this year, Winsupply closed on the acquisition of Kansas-based Industrial Sales Co. and Florida-based United Lighting & Supply Co.

The tour will provide a peek behind the curtain of the stocking efficiencies and abilities of Winsupply, and insight into opportunities to grow with them. After the tour, key people from Winsupply will present on their unique approach and entrepreneurial spirit, which enables local Winsupply companies to be successful in their respective markets.

Winsupply is rolling out this program after a successful implementation in Denver.
