Winsupply selects STACK as enterprise-wide takeoff solution to standardize workflows across its local companies

STACK’s cloud-based takeoff solution empowers Winsupply teams to quote faster and work smarter with standardized tools.

STACK Construction Technologies announced a strategic partnership with Winsupply. This collaboration will bring STACK’s cloud-based takeoff solution to Winsupply’s network of independent local company locations, enabling standardized workflows, stronger collaboration and integration with their internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. 

Historically, Winsupply local companies relied on disconnected, outdated, on-premise preconstruction solutions, spreadsheets or manual processes, causing significant inefficiencies. With STACK, Winsupply is creating a centralized yet flexible environment where teams can work autonomously within their own local company location in STACK while benefiting from shared best practices, standardized items & assemblies and takeoff templates. 

“STACK’s impact at the local level proved what was possible,” said Ray DeZenzo, CEO of STACK. “Winsupply saw firsthand how cloud-based, standardized takeoffs can drive efficiency and growth. This partnership is about giving every Winsupply team the tools they need to quote faster, keep takeoffs synced with their ERP system, and operate as a unified business while still maintaining local agility.” 

After a successful rollout at Denver Winwater, a Winsupply local company that saw significant growth using STACK, Winsupply saw the value in expansion to unify takeoff workflows. The Denver Winwater location has already doubled their quote output, helping to significantly accelerate their growth trajectory and underscore the value of STACK’s impact on supplier bidding workflows.

  • Onboarding through STACK’s Professional Services team 
  • Full integration into Winsupply’s internally developed ERP via STACK’s Open API 
  • Standardization of items, assemblies, and takeoff workflows across local companies 
  • Leveraging STACK’s automation features like AutoCount, Smart Search, and cloud-based plan sharing to HVAC, waterworks, and other specialized divisions 
  • Onsite STACK training and support  

As more Winsupply local companies adopt the STACK ecosystem, this partnership sets a new benchmark for how supplier-distributors can modernize estimating, accelerate quoting, and seamlessly connect takeoffs to ERP-driven fulfillment.
