If you are headed to the AIM/R 53rd Annual Conference, there is a “LOT/T” going on! This year’s conference in Scottsdale, Arizona promises to deliver quality educational experiences, thought provoking seminars, and valuable networking opportunities mixed with some fun – especially for those involved in the Leaders of Tomorrow/Today (LOT/T) Group.

I’m excited to share a sneak peek of what to expect for the LOT/T Group - and why you won’t want to miss it!

Behind-the-scenes look at Winsupply

We will be taking around 100 LOT/T participants on an exclusive tour of the Winsupply Distribution Center in Goodyear, AZ. Winsupply is opening its doors to provide our future leaders with a valuable behind-the-scenes look into the strategic business model and approach to the market that drives success across Winsupply companies nationwide.

The tour will provide a peek behind the curtain of the stocking efficiencies and abilities of Winsupply, and insight into opportunities to grow with them. After the tour, key people from Winsupply will present on their unique approach and entrepreneurial spirit, which enables local Winsupply companies to be successful in their respective markets. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to ask questions and learn firsthand how manufacturers’ reps can build strong partnerships with local Winsupply’s and utilize the Distribution Centers to drive success!

Networking and FUN

It is well known that the LOT/T Group loves to have a good time, and this year will not disappoint. On Wednesday, we’ll gather at PopStroke in Glendale, a unique golf-themed venue that combines mini-golf with great food and drinks in a casual, social atmosphere.

This evening event is designed to provide a peak opportunity to network and have fun with fellow LOT/T members in a relaxed environment. Don’t miss the opportunity to putt for bragging rights, have a drink with a new friend, share insights from the conference, and unwind. These events often lead to lasting professional relationships with other reps whom you may never have met otherwise.

LOT/T = Community

The LOT/T Group originated from a desire to support the future of rep agencies by investing in tomorrow's leaders and rising stars. Community, connection, and networking are at the heart of what LOT/T is all about. We are building a network where tomorrow’s leaders can depend on each other for advice, perspective, mentorship and community as they navigate the often complex world of manufacturers reps. We all face many different challenges today. From evolving customer expectations and the challenge of delivering value over price, to the complicated world of mergers and acquisitions of customers, reps, and manufacturers, the life of a rep is never dull! Not to mention the challenge of constant technological advances and the presence of AI in our workplace. Facing those challenges is much easier when you have a strong, trusted group of peers to turn to.

This year’s LOT/T events help dial in that mission. From our learning experience at Winsupply to the network-building opportunities at PopStroke, each event is designed to build and develop the industry’s next-gen all-stars.
