ASA University has updated “Domestic Well Water Pumps,” its product-knowledge course that is complete and available in both book and online formats. The course has been updated to include information regarding updated pump specifications and is mobile and tablet compatible. The curriculum incorporates definitions of common industry terms, a description of pump parts and other pertinent information to help employees more effectively serve customers. The course is divided into six sections. For the online course format, each module contains a quiz, a substantial glossary for ongoing reference and a 24-question online self-grading final exam.
