ASA Achieves Net Membership Growth for Second Consecutive Year

2013 will be the second consecutive year that ASA has achieved net membership growth, a milestone not reached in decades.

2013 will be the second consecutive year that ASA has achieved net membership growth, a milestone not reached in decades. M&M Supply, located in Oklahoma City, and Thomas Pipe and Supply Co., located in Phoenix, Ariz., were the 300th and 301st wholesaler-distributors to join their channel partners as members of the nation’s premier association representing all segments of the PHCP and PVF industry.

When asked how his company stands to immediately benefit from its ASA membership, Randy Trachtenberg, CEO of M&M Supply, mentioned that the employee training and education resources available from ASA University are at the top of his list. Those sentiments were echoed by Don Helmlinger, president of Thomas Pipe & Supply Co. When asked about why he joined ASA, Don explained that his fellow affiliates in Affiliated Distributors helped him to understand how his company stands to benefit from its sustained support and participation in ASA, especially with respect to leveraging the resources and services available from ASA University. “It’s now pretty clear to me that ASA has the ability to help me implement a comprehensive employee training program across my company,” he said.

All PHCP and PVF industry company owners, executives and their employees stand to benefit from the wide variety of programs, services and resources available through an annual corporate membership in ASA. Please visit www.asa.net/Membership or call 630/467-0000 for more details.
