Noritz America held a grand opening Aug. 23 for its new satellite office and showroom in Elk Grove Village, IL, (a Chicago suburb). It also has showrooms in Fountain Valley, CA, and Dallas. The new 1,806-sq.-ft. showroom allows consumers and business professionals to see and test some of Noritz tankless water heaters, which are sold only through plumbing and HVAC wholesalers, according to Yoshi Asano, senior manager/marketing department at Noritz. One area of the showroom features several sinks, a luxury shower with multiple showerheads and a whirlpool tub, all functioning via a connection to one of several tankless water heaters on the wall.
