WinWholesale (Dayton, Ohio) named Roger E. (Eddie) Gibbs vice president of vendor relations. Gibbs was vice president of sourcing for Noland Co. (Newport News, Va.) when it was acquired by WinWholesale last May. Before joining Noland in 2003, Gibbs spent nearly 30 years with Orlando, Fla.-based Hughes Supply, serving as director of purchasing for more than 10 years. Gibbs will continue to coordinate vendor negotiations for Noland, which operates as a WinWholesale subsidiary, as well as serving as WinWholesale's principal liaison with vendors.
