How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

I spent four years in the field working as a HVAC and Plumbing installer in Pennsylvania before moving to the West Coast. I started with Consolidated Supply six years ago in June of 2017.

What drew you into the industry?

Early in my career, I was most interested in the opportunity to promote and create a long-term career within the industry. My focus quickly shifted to the amazing people that I have met and that I get to work with every day.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

The most rewarding aspect of the industry is the relationships that I have built. I have created lasting friendships that extend beyond the workday.

What motivates you every day?

My professional passion is leadership and helping teams break down walls and overcome perspective barriers. I love what I do every day and I am lucky to work with such amazing people.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

The reward you get from working in an industry that is essential to the wellbeing and cleanliness of the nation. There’s great opportunity in this industry and we do not just “sell toilets”, we make a difference for our customers every day.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

Earning the President’s Award for excellence at Consolidated Supply in 2021 and being nominated and selected for the Top 20 Under 40 in the Supply House Times magazine.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

My wife and I play flag football in a local Adult Sports League. We also kickbox and enjoy the outdoors.

Prior to joining BNP, she worked at Patch.com, a hyper-local news platform focused on community journalism. She has 10 plus years of writing and editing experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Michigan State University.
