How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?
JM: 
I was recruited from Washington State University for a trainee position in 2006.

What drew you into the industry?
JM: 
I saw a career path that could lead to long-term success in providing for myself and my family. Sixteen years later I have experienced many career successes, but the people I get to work with is what has kept me around.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?
JM: From homes to skyscrapers, there is a sense of pride in seeing the projects around my area that I have had a part in producing..

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?
JM: 
The recent pandemic has shown that a healthy supply chain is key to the success of the nation, and maintaining an essential industry like ours is crucial to the health of our people.

What has been the proudest moment in your career so far?
JM: 
Earning Consolidated Supply’s President’s award in 2017, Consolidated Supply’s ASA representative for Emerging Leaders, and being nominated by my company’s leadership as a Next Gen All-Star for Supply House Times.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
JM:
I love to cook for friends and family and enjoy experimenting with new recipes.
