How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?
I’ve been in the PHCP-PVF industry for about 10 years.

What drew you into the industry?
Almost every building has pipes and water flow, so there will always be a need for experts to repair and maintain them. I just found it interesting on how it all works and challenging.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?
JC: Most rewarding aspect for me is helping our customers.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?
I wish more people would understand the value of servicing our customers in a timely fashion and communicating from start to finish.

What has been the proudest moment in your career so far?
The proudest moment of my career has been the ability to lead a team and help mentor them to reach their full potential. Watching people succeed and enjoying their job is a great feeling.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
The one thing people don’t know about me is probably my passion for carpentry, I just enjoy building things.
