Jeff MacDowell, director of Luxury Products Group (LPG) attended the 2022 IMARK Summer Invitational alongside exclusive brands Australian Designer Faucets and Current. IMARK members from across the country were invited to attend and were able to learn more about what the LPG strategic initiatives have to offer. 

MacDowell shared, “I was thrilled to meet with members at the IMARK meeting and discuss how LPG can help them improve their business.”

IMARK Plumbing Members sat with MacDowell to learn more about the on demand tools LPG offers in the Member Portal; including HR resources like job descriptions for all showroom roles, coaching tools and an HR handbook. These resources allow boutique showrooms to spend more time curating and serving the trade than finding and hiring employees.

The Showroom Buildout Guide allows members to learn best practices from other showrooms and suppliers, while teaching the principles of good retail design. Member we’re excited to see how easily these tools are to access and how frequently they are updated.

LPG is exceptionally proud of the two exclusive brands launched in 2022: Current and Australian Designer Faucets.

The Current team was thrilled to meet with members like Wiseway Supply and share how best to go to market with the new collection.

Australian Designer Faucets participated in the traditional one on one meetings – really opening up strong lines of communication with members.

Having recently launched in USA in May, as an exclusive supplier of IMARK and Luxury Products Group, it was the perfect opportunity to meet top tier IMARK / LPG Members and introduce ADF’s international multi-award-winning faucet designs to the group,” said Aldo D’Eramo, head of North America for Australian Designer Faucets (ADF).
