A tradition of the annual ASA NETWORK in-person event is the ASA Executive Committee dinner. With NETWORK2020 moving to a virtual format this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, what would happen to the dinner? It went virtual as well! ASA Executive Committee members were mailed dinner prep kits, which included ASA CEO Mike Adelizzi’s homemade marinara sauce, which received rave reviews. As you can see from the photos, committee members had a blast. And the dinner fun didn’t stop there. ASA Chairman Steve Cook and his wife, Drew, later hosted some friends, including PGA Tour golfer Robert Allenby, where Adelizzi’s marinara sauce was a key part of the presentation (right photo). The dinner was followed by a well-received and -attended two-day NETWORK2020 Virtual event that attracted more than 1,600 registrants from more than 250 ASA-member companies.
