Concord, New Hampshire-based The Granite Group Wholesalers, announced it has finalized the acquisition of Maine-Based Webber Supply. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Established in 1960, Webber features locations in South Portland, Lewiston, Augusta and Bangor. Effective Oct. 7, all Webber Supply branches began operating under The Granite Group umbrella.

In addition to the operational synergies between The Granite Group and Webber, both companies share an unwavering dedication to service and their people. Therefore, we are expecting a very smooth transition.”

With roots dating back to 1901, The Granite Group has 43 branch locations throughout New England, stocked daily by a 210,000-square-foot center distribution center in Londonderry, New Hampshire. It also operates 15 The Ultimate Bath Store locations in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont and Rhode Island.
