They find ways to adopt and apply technologies and strategies from outside their industry. They add adjacent technologies, products, and capabilities that allow them to
serve a wider audience or more deeply penetrate their existing customer base. These business leaders own the future by taking action rather than simply reacting to the changing world around them.
