How did you get started in the PHCP-PVF industry?

My career started in the PHCP-PVF industry right out of college as a marketing specialist. The opportunity to use what I learned in college in an industry that has such great potential is what led me to Nu-Calgon.

What do you like most about your job/the company you work for?

Nu-Calgon is a family-owned company that treats each of its employees as part of the family. Nu-Calgon has given me the opportunity to explore what I enjoy most in the PHCP-PVF industry, which is being a product manager. Being a product manager is an exciting role and presents unique challenges that I enjoy planning for and overcoming through a variety of solutions.

How important is it for our industry to attract young professionals?

I feel it is very important to attract young professionals to the PHCP-PVF industry for a number of reasons. As the PHCP-PVF industry evolves, we need young, excited and eager young professionals to evolve along with these changes. As technology becomes a more integral part of the industry, we need young professionals who are familiar and comfortable with constant technology integrations and changes.
