Brad Sledge recently was promoted to vice president and general manager of JCR Distributors, a master distributor of luxury plumbing and hardware products based out of Dallas, Texas. Sledge also now holds a board of directors seat at the ESOP-owned company. Sledge is one of the original employees who developed JCR over the last two-and-a-half decades.

“Brad has pretty much held every position in the growing company, yielding his consistent appreciation and respect for the people he serves both internally and externally,” JCR Distributors COO Erin Bittner says. “Being employee-owned is important to our culture and supports our desire to have a long-term and highly experienced team. Our customers expect that from us.”

When Sledge is not helping customers with their decorative plumbing needs, “one toilet at a time,” as Bittner puts it, he enjoys spending time with family, sports, scuba diving and wine. He is heavily involved with Grapevine’s Wine Pouring Society and Sister City Program and previously served as committee chair. Sledge also is an avid DPHA member.
