AD announced it has completed mergers with SafetyNetwork and Delta Distributors, the group’s 11th and 12th mergers since it started in 1981 and its fourth and fifth in the last two years. Both mergers were effective Jan. 1, 2021.

Navien, manufacturer of high efficiency condensing tankless water heaters, combi-boilers and wall-hung boilers in North America, has introduced a new logo and visual identity for the brand. The updated look offers a new take on the orange and blue colors that have been a staple of the Navien brand in North America for more than 14 years.

The Heating, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) replaced its annual year-end summit with an all-new virtual format in 2020. In January 2021 American Underground Supply (AUS) will open its fourth branch in De Soto, IA. This facility sits on 1.5 acres with an 8000 square foot warehouse. De Soto is the first AUS location in the state of Iowa.

Victaulic announced the appointment of Rick Bucher as chief executive officer, succeeding John F. Malloy, effective January 31, 2021. Dr. Bucher was named President of Victaulic in April of 2020, following a June 2019 appointment as chief operating officer.
