APR Supply Co., announced that it has entered the due diligence phase to acquire McArdle & Walsh, Inc., a respected supplier of plumbing, heating, and industrial products serving contractors across the Greater Baltimore region for more than a century.

American Pipe & Supply, a leading supplier of commercial plumbing, PVF, and fire protection products, is pleased to announce the grand opening of its two new branches. A 45,000 sq ft location at 1624 Riverside Drive Knoxville, Tennessee and a 42,000 sq ft location at 3380 Bill Metzger Lane Pensacola, FL.
A significant percentage of AD’s overall YTD growth was the result of its 2024 merger with IMARK Electrical. However, AD members also acquired 75 companies year-to-date, including 24 fellow AD members and 51 from outside the group.
Winsupply during calendar year 2025 (FY2026) has the goal to open 20 new Local Companies across its U.S. footprint. Winsupply Local Companies are expected to achieve nearly $8.3 billion in annual sales for 2025.

This is Winsupply’s third acquisition of this year. Earlier this year, Winsupply closed on the acquisition of Kansas-based Industrial Sales Co. and Florida-based United Lighting & Supply Co.
