Columbus, Ohio-based Plumbers & Factories Supplies recently ran a month-long promotion to benefit Operation Rise and Conquer, a program that sends severely disabled veterans and recovering active-duty service members on a week-long outdoor adventure program in the Colorado Rockies.
Plumbers & Factories Supplies, in partnership with some of its preferred vendors, donated a percentage of sales of all Mansfield, Elkhart, Lasco, Sioux Chief, BrassCraft and Fluidmaster product sold over the course of the month of July.
The promotion culminated with a counter day at the end of July.
In addition, to donating back a percentage of sales, the Columbus distributor also made the commitment to match any customer donations to ORC. Plumbers & Factories Supplies made a $3,200 donation to ORC.
