Ferguson acquires Ramapo Wholesalers

Ferguson recently announced the acquisition of Ramapo Wholesalers in an asset transaction completed in early October. Ramapo is a plumbing and HVAC supplier serving southeast New York and northern New Jersey.
“The acquisition of Ramapo Wholesalers provides us with an opportunity to expand our footprint in the Northeast,” Ferguson CEO Frank Roach explained. “We are pleased to welcome their knowledgeable associates to the Ferguson family.”
Ramapo’s home office is located in Spring Valley, N.Y. The distributor has 47 associates in its seven locations in the New Jersey city of Hackensack, towns of Westwood and Midland Park and the New York villages of Monsey, Spring Valley and Haverstraw. The Ramapo brand will continue under new ownership, Ferguson announced.
