Ferguson acquires Ramapo Wholesalers
Ferguson Enterprises announced it has acquired Ramapo Wholesalers in an asset transaction completed Oct. 10.
Ferguson noted Ramapo, a plumbing and HVAC supplier serving southeast New York and northern New Jersey, prides itself on providing excellent service and a superior product offering.
“The acquisition of Ramapo Wholesalers provides us with an opportunity to expand our footprint in the Northeast,” Ferguson CEO Frank Roach explained. “We are pleased to welcome their knowledgeable associates to the Ferguson family.”
Ramapo Wholesalers’ home office is located in Spring Valley, N.Y. It has 47 associates in its seven locations in the New Jersey city of Hackensack, towns of Westwood and Midland Park and the New York villages of Monsey, Spring Valley and Haverstraw. The Ramapo Wholesalers brand will continue under new ownership.
