Concord, N.H.-based The Granite Group — Plumbing & Mechanical’s 2013 Supply House of the Year, has finalized the acquisition of Connecticut-based Cunningham Supply. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

With locations in West Hartford, Conn., and Old Saybrook, Conn., Cunningham Supply is a third-generation, family-owned and -operated wholesaler of plumbing and heating supplies with roots dating back to 1948. Effective immediately, the Cunningham branches and showrooms in both West Hartford and Old Saybrook will operate under The Granite Group umbrella.
