Dielectric unions and nipples
For properly connecting metal piping and preventing stray-induced electrical currents that can lead to deterioration of pipe connections, Matco-Norca offers a trio of dielectric unions in various unions and sizes. These include FIP x SWT (Female x Sweat), FIP x BPT (Female x BPT), MIP x SWT (Male x Sweat) with ANSI-compliant threaded and soldered ends. Available in sizes ranging from 1/2” up to 4”. Dielectric unions come with a galvanized-coated steel nut and silicone rubber gasket with nylon insert.
