Acquisitions…DeZurik
DeZurik acquired
APCO Willamette, a producer of check valves, air valves and AWWA ball valves.
APCO operations will continue in their present facilities, which include a
manufacturing plant in Schaumburg, IL, and a sales office in San Clemente, CA.
The APCO and Willamette names will be retained
as brands of DeZURIK, and consolidated business operations will be directed
from DeZURIK corporate headquarters in Sartell, MN.
