Armacell introduces Tubolit W SS (White Self-Seal) polyethylene pipe insulation, and Tubolit W Tape. With this complete insulating and closure system, insulation contractors no longer need to deal with the mess, itch or lack of durability associated with fibrous insulation on domestic hot- and cold-water piping. Tubolit W SS is closed cell to prevent condensation that can cause mold. The Tubolit W Tape, available in rolls two inches wide by 60 feet long, is tear-resistant and adheres securely to polyethylene tubes.
