Stephen A. Roell
Johnson Controls elected Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman Stephen A. Roell to chief executive officer effective Oct. 1, 2007 and chairman effective Jan. 1, 2008. Roell will succeed John M. Barth, who will retire Dec. 31, 2007 and continue as a member of the company’s board of directors.
