Students participating in the “University Outreach” program (in all, 23 students from five colleges around the country were on hand), were kept busy throughout the convention, meeting with wholesalers and manufacturers looking to recruit new managers. The “Outreach” program subsidized the students' travel and lodging expenses and was made possible through the Education Foundation's Neupert Endowment Fund.
