Danfossnamed John Gaylen president, sales and marketing for North American Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning. He will be responsible for continuing the division's strategic growth in this region. Gaylen joined Danfoss in 2001 as business development manager, and was appointed vice president of commercial refrigeration OEM sales and marketing in 2003.

The company also named Jamie Kitchen to the position of training manager. His responsibilities include developing, implementing and executing customer training programs for contractors, wholesalers and OEMs. Kitchen recently was a sales account manager in Canada serving commercial refrigeration OEM customers. He is also a Building Systems instructor at Humber College.
