Danfoss A/S, the Denmark-based parent company of Danfoss Inc. (U.S. and Canada), has announced several top-level managerial changes following the retirement of Hans Kirk, executive vice president and chief development officer. Kjeld Staerk is now president of Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Fausing
Kim Fausing will become executive vice president and chief operations officer, and join the Danfoss Executive Committee. Ole M. Daugbjerg will become chief reputation officer. Roland Fritsch will become senior vice president of the Danfoss Services Division.
