Kernaghan joins Danfoss after 16 years as the hands-on owner of a residential air-conditioning contracting business based in northeast Philadelphia. He will cover the Northeast, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Mangum comes with seven years' experience, most recently as a residential territory manager for Lennox Industries. Mangum will be headquartered in Austin, TX, covering the south central United States.
