In-Sink-Erator has become a subscriber to ANSINET, a joint venture between the American Supply Association Center for Technology Development and the Management Information Systems Group, Inc.

In-Sink-Erator, which has offered EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to its customers since 1985, has become a subscriber to ANSINET, a joint venture between the American Supply Association Center for Technology Development and the Management Information Systems Group, Inc.

ASA ANSINET is a Value Added Network (VAN) over which standard EDI business documents (including Purchase Orders, Advance Ship Notices, Invoices and Remittance Advice) can be exchanged electronically between In-Sink-Erator and its customers and suppliers. In-Sink-Erator is the 100th subscriber to ASA ANSINET

"We have long recognized the value EDI brings to the relationship between manufacturer and distributor," said Ron Thrash, In-Sink-Erator director, customer service in a statement. "The speed and accuracy of day-to-day transactions is greatly increased."
