Falcon Waterfree Technologies named James (Jamie) Krug to the new position of president and chief executive officer for global operations, and Ron Gastelum, a member of the Falcon Waterfree board of advisors since May 2005, has been elevated to chairman of the advisory board. Krug's new position includes the role previously served by Jay Troger, who has announced his resignation as president of the company. Krug has served as president of Falcon's international division for the past three years, and as the corporate president prior to the creation of the United States and Canadian division. For more than 20 years, Krug has led senior operations and business affairs in positions with Paramount Pictures Corp. and the Walt Disney Co. Gastelum is the retired president/CEO of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the nation's largest water wholesaler, the company said.
