The new Model SDC or Single Detector Check Valve has a ductile iron lead-free body designed to protect the potable water supplies from potential backflow. It is made up of lead-free internals such as Noryl® seat ring and retainer, bronze disc holder, stainless steel springs and silicone discs. The SDC has a pressure maximum of 175 psi with a temperature max of 140° F (60°C).
