KWC America recently honored Jim Cassidy of The Cassidy Group, based in Oxnard, Calif., as its top performing manufacturers representative. He conducts multiple product training sessions each week and visits his customers every one to two weeks, according to KWC. Also, he uses daily computer tracking and response systems, which enables him to answer customer questions almost immediately, the company said. Cassidy was presented with the Platinum Award for Sales Excellence by KWC America at its national sales meeting in Atlanta.
