Giovanni Rizzio has been named president of the U.S. operations of Red-White Valve Corp. He formerly was a senior vice president at VIR of Italy. VIR is the major shareholder of Red-White Valve. Rizzio will relocate to California from his current home near Milan, Italy. VIR produces ball valves and other control devices in Europe.
