Precision Boilers Inc. acquired certain assets of Universal Boiler Works Inc. Precision Boilers will immediately begin producing "flex-tube" boilers under the name UBW Boilers, Inc, a subsidiary of Precision Boilers Inc. Manufacturing will continue at the current facility located in Pueblo, Colo., and will begin shortly in the Morristown, Tenn., location of Precision's existing facility. Boilers will be constructed ranging in size from 9.5 bhp to 2500 bhp, with features and options available to conform to job requirements.
