Hirsch Pipe & Supply (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.) recently awarded a 48-inch high definition television to Augustine Cortes (pictured) of ACG Plumbing in San Marcos, Calif., as the 2004 grand prize winner in its annual March Madness contest. Customers qualified for entries by making counter purchases at any of Hirsch's 11 southern California locations. For each invoice of $250 or more the customer earned one entry. With a purchase of $1,000 or more, the customer earned five entries. Razmik Parijanlar of Razmik Parijanlar Plumbing won the second place prize, a 27-inch color television, and Peter Holliday of Traditional Plumbing won third prize, a Tivo digital video recorder.
