Noland Co. elected Rhonda L. Binger vice president/human resources. The 20-year company veteran had been director of human resources since 1997. Also, Tracey Ray has joined the company as marketing communications coordinator in the corporate communications department. Most recently she was with The Meridian Group, a marketing communications agency.
