Neuco hires Kathy Kerns as director of software development

Neuco announced that Kathy Kerns has joined the company as director of software development.
Kerns brings over two decades of experience in technology leadership, specializing in digital transformation, IT process optimization and customer-focused innovation. She will lead Neuco’s IT development team, drive strategic technology planning and support key transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
“Kathy’s ability to align technology with business goals makes her a strong addition to our team,” said Jon Neustadt, President of Neuco. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue investing in our digital capabilities.”
Prior to joining Neuco, Kerns held a senior role at Navistar where she led large-scale IT projects, built global DevOps teams and implemented solutions that improved service and performance across complex platforms.
She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Syracuse University and an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University.
