General Plumbing Supply, Inc (GPS) announced the acquisition of Consolidated Plumbing Supply, Inc. (CPS) in an asset purchase effective July 19, 2024.

CPS is a fourth-generation, family-owned distributor of plumbing and heating supplies located in Mt. Vernon, NY. CPS is Westchester’s oldest Kohler distributor with a 45,000 sq ft facility, including a 3,500 sq ft showroom.

Buddy Brandt and Doug Bradford, co-owners of CPS, will assist with the transition before their planned retirements later this year. Chris Brandt, as well as all other CPS employees, will be staying on with GPS.
