Marcone announced a partnership to increase Alto-Shaam and Moyer Diebel OEM parts availability for Canadian service providers.

Both manufacturers are well-known for commercial kitchen operations, so adding them to Marcone’s growing inventory for Canada gives customers more options than ever before. Current inventory includes Cleveland, Convotherm, Garland, Lincoln and Merrychef, along with new additions Moyer Diebel and Alto-Shaam.

Since 1955, Alto-Shaam has been known for changing the low-heat cooking and commercial cooking industry when it invented the original Cook and Hold oven. Their current product list has expanded to include convection and combi ovens, chillers, warming cabinets, fryers and rotisseries. 

Moyer Diebel is a leader in the ware washing industry, providing commercial dishwasher options that meet the needs of any size foodservice operation. It focuses on quality equipment to cover every aspect of the dish room, from waste handling to pot and pan cleaning. Its flight machines are known for washing up to 20,000 dishes per hour.

Alto-Shaam and Moyer Diebel are the latest in an extensive line of manufacturers who have partnered with Marcone Group since it expanded its successful appliance parts distribution business into the commercial kitchen sector in late 2022.
